Stucco is made of an aggregate, a binder, and water, used as decorative coating for walls and ceilings to cover less visually appealing construction materials. It is highly valued for its attractiveness, durability as well as relatively low maintenance. Can be directly applied to brick and concrete, over a wood frame or other material. Regular: hard and brittle, less expensive, gives natural look and practically an unlimited variety of textures
EIFS (synthetic, acrylic): soft, very similar to paint, water resistant

It may be made of wood, metal, vinyl or composite materials. It may be attached directly to the building structure or to an intermediate layer of wood.

• Soffit-Fascia
It is the material forming a ceiling from the top of an exterior house wall to the outer edge of the roof bridging the gap between a home's siding and the roof line. The soffit material is typically screwed or nailed to rafters.
